hey everyone welcome back to my channel
so today I have three really healthy and
super simple and easy smoothie ideas for
you I think this is a really good way to
get lots of healthy foods for the day so

the first smoothie today is the green
smoothie and for this you will need a
handful of ice cubes some almond milk
some spinach a chopped up green apple
and half a banana so for the really easy
part I'm just going to start by putting
all the ingredients into the container
if you have a blender you put more into
the blender container this one is like a
nutribullet or if you have one of these
things where flipped upside down and
then blends everything you just go ahead
and put all the ingredients in I always
start with the ice first but you know
just chuck it all in there and then pour
in your milk or if you choose to use
water or whatever you want to use and
then go ahead and pop it on and blend it
all together doesn't it just look so
cool like mixing all up
and once you feel that it is blended
together well enough then go ahead and
pour it into a nice tall glass put in a
straw and you're good to go that is the
first green smoothie the next smoothie
for today is the yellow smoothie so for
this one again it will need a handful of
ice cubes some almond milk this time I
have frozen mango chunks some chopped up
pineapple and another half of a banana
if you don't like bananas you can switch
it out for some other fruit maybe apple
or something along those lines if you
find that the banana is a little bit
overpowering I think next time I might
try an apple but again I just go ahead
throw all my ingredients in the
container and fill it up with the almond
milk and then put the blade lid on
and then it's time to just mix it all
together and again I saw it just looks
so cool watching it all just blend
together and once again when you feel
that is all blended together well enough
go ahead and pour it into your glass and
throw in another straw I like straws
they add a good touch and the last
smoothie for today is the red smoothie
so for this one again you will need a
handful of ice cubes some almond milk
this time I have a very large amount of
mixed frozen berries and half a banana
as well like I said you could switch
this out for an apple or a different
type of fruit and then I just go ahead
and throw all the ingredients into the
container one more time and fill it up
with some almond milk and go ahead and
put the lid on
so that is down to mix this one up as
well this one's a little bit thicker
compared to the other two because it has
more frozen fruits in it so I just put a
little bit of water in the end of it
just to make it a little bit thinner
only because I don't really like super
thick smoothies that's just my personal
preference though you can do whatever
you like and then I just pour it into a
glass and you can pop in a straw these
straws were 50 cents from spotlight
which i think is amazing I like straws I
think they're just really cute so yeah
that is my red smoothie so those are my
three easy healthy smoothies I hope
