hi guys welcome to the third episode of
my mini series on how to make super
healthy and delicious movies today I'll
be sharing with you my favorite smoothie
it's papaya apple and ginger smoothie
and here we've got some papaya or red
apple cucumber and ginger ginger is
really good for use widely known for
immune boosting and setting your stomach
it's been used in medicine for hundred
years let's get the smoothie started

papaya is an excellent source of
powerful antioxidants and vitamin C and
a papaya is a good source of fiber which
has been shown to lower high cholesterol
levels the nutrients in papaya are also
thought to help with the prevention of
colon cancer

b-complex vitamins in red apples are a
key in maintaining red blood cells and
the nervous system in good health

I guess the first beginner blend is a
papaya pedantic lega now we're gonna add
our cucumber and ginger a chopped ginger
very thinly just like that and that's
just to give it a really nice and fresh
taste then we're gonna add our red apple
straightaway and I've got here and two
cups of ice you can also use filtered
water there's a really nice and
refreshing cord to treat

that's so refreshing it has a strong
flavor of ginger so if you look ginger
you're gonna love this smoothie and you
can really taste the red apple and
