Lets see how to prepare the stuffing for ragi paratha.
Ingredients required for seasoning coriander chutney.
Ingredients for Onion Raita
Few Coriander Leaves.
Lets prepare the coriander chutney.
Saute the onion well
Add 2 green chilli , if you are using green chilli instead of red chilli.
Add little salt to the chutney as we are going to stuff it in chapati .Chapati also contains salt.
Allow it to cool down and grind it into a fine paste.
Grind it into a thick paste. Do not add water while grinding.
Wash the onion in drinking water before adding curd to it.
Add thick consistency curd to the chopped onions.
Measure 3/4th cup of water. Use the same cup for measuring both the flour and water.
Boil the water
Add the salt required for the flour.
The flour should be soft and should not stick so add a small spoon of ghee.
Reduce to low flame.
Add the flour little by little and mix it well.
Transfer it to another vessel so that it does not stick to the vessel.
Knead the dough in chapathi dough consistency
Add the stuffing to the chapathi
sprinkle water in the sides so that the chapathi stick to one another
Once when both the sides are cooked partially add oil
If you have added more water to the flour , cook in low flame the flour will get thick
