Simple way of preparing Nutritional Breakfast at Home

You can prepare a nutritional breakfast using leftover cooked rice at night
this one i considered as one of the best breakfast in the world
Ingredients required to prepare healthy breakfast
• Left over Cooked rice • Water • Salt as per the taste
Green Chilly (Optional, but taste better)
Raw Onion (Optional, but taste better)
Or any kind of chutney
Preparation
Put the rice in a clay pot or any vessel
Add good amount of water into it and
make sure the complete cooked rice is covered with water
Now leave the rice to soak it overnight
The rice would be ferment by next morning and
will be ready to eat for breakfast
Serving
If you want to drain the excess water, drain it or you can eat it along with water
Add salt as per your taste
it is eaten with a side dish, raw onion or green chilli
you can use any kind of chutney with it
Some prefer to eat with yogurt as well
Nutrients
The lactic acid bacteria breakdown the anti-nutritional
factors in rice resulting in an improved bio-availability of micro-nutrients
and minerals such as iron, potassium and
calcium by several thousand percentage points
For example
after 12 hours of fermentation of 100 grams of rice
the availability of iron changed from 3.4 mg
to 73.91 mg (an increase of 2073%)
Also, it has the rare B6 B12 vitamins
which are not otherwise easily available
