good morning and welcome back to another
video so today is my morning routine
that you will have seen me go downstairs
get my coffee get my breakfast basically
that's the first thing I do every single
morning I go downstairs I have my coffee
I take probiotic and I have my breakfast
normally either three things it's either
like porridge but since it's been
getting quite a lot hotter recently I'm
not been in the mood for porridge so
I've been having like yogurt with a few
oats just a bit less and then fruit and
honey and I've been loving that recently
the other thing that I have sometimes
it's like a wholemeal bagel with banana
and honey on it I have the bagel if I'm
craving a bit more kind of dense food
and I feel like I'm gonna need to feel
fuller for longer because the yogurts
quite light but as I said it's hot at
the moment so the offer is gonna do me
fine that's what I've been having the
last few days it's just when I'm you
know you're craving like thick sugary
because of the honey in the big on and
on it's quite filling and sugary and
stuff so yeah that's what I do and then
I bring my diary down with me and I just
plan the day and it's a Monday today so
I actually planned part of my week as
well but there's only so much you can do
for the rest of the week I find that I
came upstairs wash my face that's where
I am now so I'm actually I've been
nominated to do the 5k one thing what
you won five donate five pounds and then
nominate five people so I'm gonna go and
do that this morning that's going to be
my exercise for this morning I'm gonna
go and run the 5k singie I might do a
little bit more depending on how I'm
feeling but yeah that's the plan before
that I need to go and take my vitamins
and he's going to take my hay fever
table because the hay field is really
about at the moment
and then I might do a bit of stretching
or I might do that afterwards actually
probably make sense to you afterwards so
yeah run a vitamin C table
the nice ones now got me clothes okay
clothes are on I've had my breakfast I'm
gonna do a run that I did the other day
which is basically just it's relatively
flat I wanted to do a relatively flat
run because around me is so hilly and
yeah I just was in the mood for getting
into a rhythm today I don't really like
running up and down hills that much when
I'm trying to record it and you know
delphine music really loud so you can
probably hear music in background but
anyway I'm gonna record on Strava and
yeah
I can't go to basically Wow the hair is
in a beautiful state I'm just redoing my
hair
okay I'm back to my room which was
actually a bit of a disaster me and Dale
went up and we're gonna do it together
cause we both got nominated there's a
spider on ceiling but we actually lost
each other because we were both kind of
going slightly different routes and that
we were going through this woodland path
fast too fast like we were going too
fast at the start and I like jarred my
knee and then it really started hurting
towards the end so I did do the 5k but I
was kind of hobbling towards the end and
yeah it was just bad we lost each other
and then I literally was running back
and I just found him on the hill the way
down so anyway I've had a bath
I've had a little bit of food and I'm
just going to moisturize because I
washed my face I'm gonna put a little
bit of makeup on just because I've been
trying to put makeup on the mornings to
just make myself feel like I'm going
somewhere and doing something it just I
feel more productive when I poke that
makeup on so that's what I'm gonna do
I'm also gonna do my hair because wow I
like a poodle
so it's caught in my hair it's been so
freely and I'm not feeling it so I'm
gonna I'm gonna sort my hair out as well
oh my game I straighteners already built
I think I just feel so much better
throughout the day if I make myself
actually get ready
and you know just get myself sorted so
my chest is really burn I know I rubbed
some cream everywhere apart from here
and these little bits Rami okay so yes
I'm a little bit sore I say you know
I've been put your makeup on recently
but to make myself feel better but
actually the last few days I haven't
like yeah it does make me feel better
when I do do it but I've also been quite
enjoying not home makeup on or I'll just
put a little bit of mascara on so like
switch around the last few days I
haven't really more much me well I
haven't worn makeup the last few days I
faced had my sister and the first thing
that she said to me when she picked up
the phone was like oh you look rough

so yeah I haven't been wearing makeup
everyday I have more in the last few
days but before that I was doing it just
because it made me feel more productive
and it made me get more stuff done so
okay so I was straightening my hair it's
not that good but it doesn't need to be
I'm more bothered about just getting it
detained and not wild and stuff I'm
going to just moisturize my face and I'm
gonna use the Olay Total Effects seven
and one it is actually the night firming
moisturizer so it's meant to be used at
night time but it doesn't make a
difference to me when I use it and I
like it so yeah I think I just got this
from two petrol I believe and I've had
it for quite a while so yeah just really
like the way that it feels
before this one I was using the clinic
something clinic that I got for
Christmas and I had a massive bottle at
least it literally lasted me ages and
then it ran out I got a little bit more
for Christmas this year the Clinique one
is just equally as good if not better
but moisturizer is on I think I'm gonna
do a little bit of makeup but not a lot
I put on like the tiniest bit of mascara
this morning but um I don't know if it
do face makeup or not as you can
probably see my freckles are really
coming out at the moment because the Sun
has been so bright it's been like 21
degrees in England which is mad and the
Sun was out so I've decided I'm gonna
put a little bit foundation I just
couldn't worn it in ages and my
foundation is it's changed it was
defaced born this way and now I've gone
back to the ordinary just because whilst
we're in isolation is so
cheaper I don't see the point in you
know spending you whatever quid on
foundation that no one's gonna see when
this one does just as much you know just
as good a job maybe I've got some big
events coming up whole invest back into
the to face one but for now the ordinary
is amazing and it's only five pounds so
yeah so hair and makeup is done oh my
god my hair's going weird but I've not
done a lot of literally just done
foundation bronzer and a little bit I
should know but I tend to come back in
and check my plan halfway through the
day and just see basically what I've
still got left to do there's not often a
load of things on my list but I just
like to check halfway through the day if
there's anything left that I still need
to do so obviously and this morning I'm
forming my morning routine that was um
that was one of my things on my
checklist when the 5k run I've got some
uni work that I need to do and then I
wanted to bake some lavender shortbread
later on which I don't know whether I'm
gonna get chance to do if you never made
love to shortbread illunga biscuits
I really recommend doing it we made a
banana loaf yesterday which is actually
really really nice and yeah I'm really
making just a good thing at the moment
I'm really sore over here baking just a
really good thing at the moment as long
as you've got the flour and things which
we luckily do have we do have the flour
in so we're okay if you don't then
obviously it's not an essential thing to
go and get because baking isn't
completely essential but if you do go to
the shops for your essential food shop I
might if some flour there then that's
great and there was another thing like
brainstorming some content and video
ideas because I'm getting a bit dry now
that we've been in isolation for a few
weeks and yeah you know it's just
finding things to motivate ourselves is
interesting throughout this time so yeah
I basically just go back through excuse
the bird oh my god
make the bed is the next thing on my
list start I'm gonna do that now I'm
gonna make the bed
I'm now gonna go back through my diary
basically from wipe and earlier and yeah
like I said just check through maybe add
a few bits depending on what time is and
then I'll come with whatever else I need
to get on with so yeah that's kind of
what I do that is my morning routine I
guess it's not like this every single
day because I don't run every single
morning we tend to normally run actually
in the evening slash afternoon and I do
my sort of strength work workout hit or
whatever I'm doing in the morning or
ride whatever it's just a typical sort
of day and routine I tend to roughly
follow so yeah I think I want to end the
video here because the morning is over
that is my morning routine it might be
sure but you know there's nothing else
to show you since it's now the afternoon
